
Exchange / Return policy
Your satisfaction is our priority, so we have easy exchange / return policy.
Note: We reserve the right the change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
We guarantee items listed on our website are free of defects, are unused and clean.
- Call us or email to start return. All Exchange must have an RIA# (Returned Item Authorization Number), which you can obtain by contacting us.
- If you ordered wrong size and want to exchange all/some items, you will be charge 10% Re-Shelving Charges of your exchange item.
- Shipping charges will be charged on exchange items/orders (some conditions apply).
- If you want refund on your order then shipping charges will deducted from your order total, if you have free shipping then $10 will be charged and rest of the amount will be refund.
- If you are not completely satisfied, just return your purchase for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE within 15 days of receipt, no questions asked.

- PPE (Face Masks, Gloves, disposable Isolation Gowns) cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature.
- Personalized items (Embroidered/Imprinted/Engraved) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Custom made uniforms and Personalized items (Embroidered/Imprinted/Engraved) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Custom made items can be return for alterations, we will happy to do alterations for free, shipping cost may apply.
